"BRING IT IN"

Hello Fellow Disc Golfers

Thanks for playing. I'll go over everything you'll need to know for the event and more!

So, I'll Just jump right in...

No Players Meeting before the round starts. This is your players meeting
I post all the course rules here and have them listed on each score card.
When you show up in the morning, before you event get out of the car, we will check you in and give you a rule sheet and 3 scorecards, one for each course. One person on the card will use www.pdga/score to keep score digitally and everyone use a paper card. Verify everything matches on the PDGA/score site after each round.
I will assign you all a starting hole for each round and it is your responsibility to be on your starting hole when the starting horn sounds.

LIVE SCORING

Live scoring will be added to this years event. Everyone will be given a code to access the live scoring option on the PDGA web site. Just go to the web site, enter PASSCODE: Andy, find your starting hole and one person or all can do live scoring throughout the round.
In addition to the live scoring each card will have to keep a paper scorecard. After the round everyone will verify the Live scoring matches the paper scorecard and turn in the paper card to tournament central.

Once everyone has the scores turned in and I verify everything matches I "publish" the scores and the next round will automatically assign your next round starting hole. You will do this on each course. Bartlett Park DGC might have spotty cell service if you are not At&t, so the paper card will be important. You can always check and see where and how other people in your division are shooting and you can see where you stand. This should be great....
