I got asked from people who want to play from out of state, what is the final say on the 14 day quarantine upon arrival to the state of Ohio from out of state? This appears to be a "recommendation" by the state of Ohio to me, but I would assume the TD has final say. It looks like Scott said the quarantine rule was lifted on another post here, but some clarity would be great.

That modifies the Traveling into Ohio asking for 14 day self quarantine to just prohibiting someone COVID-19 positive from traveling into the state.

My one employer has my head spinning and there is a lot of fake news out there or people spreading rumors. I've been following .gov information as well as court rulings. Also, I think a quarantine is dumb if someone is coming from rural Western PA, with hardly any virus cases, opposed to someone coming from Cuyahoga County or downtown Cleveland that may even work in a nursing home or hospital with a potentially higher risk of being a carrier. Just saying. LOL.
sounds like out of staters need to take a test and prove they don't have it. good luck finding tests.
