I am sure everyone has been wondering when this announcement would be coming our or happening at all. Before going any further, I would like to thank our partners who work at the State Parks for coordinating, guiding and sharing pertinent information to ensure everyone is safe and the public's well being is in the fore front of our current global situation. Thank you, Mathew Smith, Shawn Hea****and all the other associates at the parks.
As of today, we have decided to postpone the 2020 Treeze and Breeze events which have been scheduled for April 25th and 26th. These will be rescheduled for either, (A) a later date or (B) continue to happen as scheduled if the restrictions are lifted.
I will be communicating closely with Mathew Smith (Assistant Superintendent of Brandywine State Park) regarding the rescheduling of these events if we move in that direction. As of now I will be altering the dates of the events on discgolfscene to:
Treeze – June 6, 2020
Breeze – June 7, 2020
THESE ARE TENTATIVE DATES. If they do become concrete, I do understand that there may be conflicts with other events you may wish to attend. I will assume that all registered competitors are interested in attending still unless I am notified otherwise. Please feel free to contact me if you wish to withdraw and would like a full refund.
It is important to keep in mind that there are a lot of uncertainties right now and I will not know if these dates are set or will be rescheduled again.
