Time Change means spring and the 2020 Season is coming!
With the time change occurring this past weekend, it means that Spring is on the way. With that comes the kickoff of the disc golf season for 2020. While some of the die-hards have played through the winter elements, the rest may prefer to play while they can feel their fingers. If the latter is you, then come on out of hibernation and join us, the NRDGC at some of our weekly events or tournaments.
We will be hosting a new format every Sunday @ 1:00PM at Randolph Park. One week will be the standard random draw doubles format. $5 buy in, $1 Ace Pot. Payout is dependent on turn out. New for this year is alternating weeks, we will be hold a handicap singles round in place of the doubles. This will be individual round played, with a predetermined handicap (we can help set this up prior to your round). Best scores win the week, and payout. Once again for this it's $5 buy in.
On Wednesdays, we will be hosting our usual weekly doubles round at Christiansburg's Golden Hills. These will be starting at 5:00PM, but move to 5:30 as the days grow longer. Each week we will alternate between Golden Bear course and Black Bear course. $5 buy in with optional $1 Ace Pot.

PDGA C-Tier Singles Tournament
The Thorn Spring Fling Sponsored by Dynamic Discs is a hybrid disc golf event scheduled for April 18th at the Thorn Spring Golf Course in Pulaski, Virginia. This event will be a 2 round PDGA C-tier event. This is a temporary course exclusive for this event.

Two round event held at the Golden Hills Disc Golf Course in Christiansburg, Virginia. Every division plays a round on each course (1 Golden Bear, 1 Black Bear).
