Anyone know who’s making all the log walls around the course? Just curious if these are going to stick around, or have to be taken down once sanctioned events start happening.
Sanctioned events have been happening every Wednesday.....
So they need to come down or no?
Actually only 1 Wednesday so far. I want to address it with the park before they are just removed but that would be my preference as to what happens.
We saw the person/persons building a wall about a week ago and asked about them. They genuinely believe that the the holes where walls are built needed protection from errant drives and also there is just too much trash deadfall laying all over the course. We saw the person/persons building a wall about a week ago and asked about them. They genuinely believe that the the holes where walls are built needed protection from errant drives and also there is just too much trash deadfall laying all over the course. I think they're pretty interesting and dont really see how they affect play, the course sees such low levels of maintence that for the park to take down stick walls over removing trees that are actually a safety concern would be hilarious. They did mention that a drunk person gave them a hard time while building one. It looked like they were cleaning up trash while digging through the rough to collect branches and I for one will never grip about anyone cleaning up a course plus they make some mean benches. There is also cairns on E now I belive it was.
