Chill out Wade, no need to yell. I always bring the shovel, but when the pads are covered in ice there's not much one can do without a couple bags of salt. I assumed since it's one of the best layouts in the state (IMHO), that the pads would be cleared. Not once did I "****", just shaming the people that play on snowy pads.
Ron- The short tees were cleaned off a couple of weeks ago before the last league day there. No one really plays longs in the winter. So the longs never get cleaned. With lake effect snow, it can snow several days in a row and Oshtemo gets played almost daily with casuals. Not everyone wants to ...

Not everyone wants to pair up a fun round of golf with the work of cleaning pads everytime they play. If you want clean tees to play on, then I suggest that you always bring salt and a shovel when you play wherever you go instead of calling out a community for having played on snow covered tees.
You can only "hope" no one walked on the pads to make shoveling easier.you cannot expect tee pads to be foot print free or u will be disappointed more often than not. To travel to a snow belt region,and expect perfect tees is unrealistic.ive seen this kinda post a few times now.the author ...

In no way did I expect perfect teepads, just didn't expect icy pads that had been played on. This post was calling out the people that don't clean pads before they play, if it offends you, maybe you should start bringing a shovel with you
