40 heads made their way out to Champoeg this beautiful evening to see if plastic could find metal and earn some more points in the race for the finale. Tonight saw 2 teams hit -16. Derick Cannon and Conner Williams along with Crist Garcia and Dru "Stylez". After a CTP throw off it was team Crist Garcia and Dru "Stylez" with first place. Now Crist sits at the top of the leaderboard with a little cushion between him and 2nd place.
Don't forget about the Finale on Saturday August 25th. We are going to open up a "Losers Bracket" for anyone that wants to come out and play. As long as you played in the league during regular season play then you can come out for the Finale and participate in the raffle as well as play in a "Losers Bracket" which will have a small cash payout for 1st and 2nd place and prize for 3rd. So come on out and huk some discs!!
The top 16 in points will be competing in a singles round during the finale. Any person who is invited to play that does not show will open up the door to the next in line. So if you are on the bubble, come out anyway and see if you get into the finale. The top 16 will be competing for cash payouts for the Top 10 and prizes for 11th thru 16th.
