As the Great Lakes Open Pro and Amateur events draws near, so does the end of open play at the Toboggan. This will be the last week to play the famous Toboggan Disc Golf Course until 2019, unless you are playing the Discraft Great Lakes Open as a pro. The course will close Sunday, July 1st as it begins its trasnformation to the Pro event. Get out there and play the course as much as you can this week!!! Show the Metroparks how much you love this course and maybe we can have it open longer next year!! Once the course is closed, don't forget to come out the following weekend and spectate the 2018 Discraft Great Lakes Open.
Will we be able to actually play on Sunday or is Saturday the last day?
The Toboggan page specifically says: "The course will be00 closed to the General Public on Monday, July 2, 2018 so the park personnel can begin preparing for the 2018 DGPT Great Lakes Open." This means you can stii pay-to-play on Sunday, July 1st.
However, I will be working on the course on Sunday and if we cross paths, I may ask that you kindly lend a hand for a few minutes while you play through :-D !!

You are welcome. Update after today: FPO teepads 2, 4, and 7 had slag added to them. Michael Frame-O and I got them looking pretty sweet. Hopefully tomorrow we can have the slag brought to the other 7 so they can be prepared as well. The current status / concensus from people out there today is only a few of the USADGC 18 need some attention so we will address those tomorrow as well.
