Big time shout out to the folks who helped to put in the baskets at Massillon they look great and are an awesome improvement to an already great course. I was wondering if there was any word on the future of Arb and any kind of time table on it. I would also like to make a suggestion as well, Since the course is changing I think it would be fitting to rename the course after Jesse Buryj, it's awesome his favorite hole will be there for years to come but I think naming the course after an American hero who once called the park his home course would be a sensational tribute to him and his service to our great nation.

Arbo Update: All: There is a tentative plan in place for advancing the progress with the city of Canton, SCDGA and the Disc Golf Community on the restoration of Arboretum-Spiker park and the Disc Golf Course that resides at the park. As you know, there was a major project that has altered the course greatly. However, with that being said, there is a plan in place to help re-design the course and maximize the potential for what we have to work with given the situation. It will not be the same course that we all have grown up with, but with all the love and support, it will present a brand new layout and not every hole will be affected. There will be more information coming in future but as of now we still have the lofty goal to have the course reopened and ready for Tournament play by May 20th 2017 for the 2nd Annual Jesse Buryj Memorial. Please feel free to send all questions to [email redacted] - Thank you all for your patience and understanding.
Thank you so much for the update. Exciting times, I can't wait to see what new challenges await!
