We drove from GR today only to find a league teeing off at 430pm, nothing listed on events for a league , couldn't play.

It is standard practice for a league to put their dates/times on the course page, especially where they take a privilege to use the course. Also true is the possibility that individuals can pay into the league for one day. I doubt that the owner of this private course would tolerate the attitude of our vulgar friend above, and the dominance of a poorly organized league on his land.
Yes you can play leagues for a one time pay. I have seen many do so.

Was it a dubs league or something? Flip summer league is on Wed. at 6. Was it Bill who told you that you couldn't play?
I simply was just informing the Scene, G Lane, I do not want anyone else to make the mistake of driving 4 hours round trip, just find out they cannot play. I was told this might have been a traveling league and that was the reason it was not posted. It was not my first trip to the Greatest Disc Golf course in the country, and it will not be the last.
Sunday was The First annual Flip Citizens Can drive Doubles Tournament. It was on DG Scene, that is where I signed up. It might not have been on the Flip City page though. It was run by Bo Buss. Bill did close the course for it.

must have been a huge group to have closed the course. bet id have gotten to play.
I am sure that the owner has the right to ban any player or so-called leagues from his course. That would include individuals who insult and Bragg aggressively
