I am planning on coming in from out of town and playing these courses. Is there anyone to talk to about playing them or are they both open or what? It appears one is "(currently not available)". I'm just trying to see if I can play here on Friday. Thank you.
the pdga mt. course might have the baskets pulled already, pine knoll is always available, contact Justin Andre to find out 4 sure
Played the PDGA course Sunday morning, and Pine knoll yesterday. Both open!
Both were open on Sunday, with PDGA course alternates baskets
thanks guys. are there course maps to print out anywhere? anything i should know before trying to play both? navigation easy/hard? i am an experienced disc golfer and I'm sure i can figure all this out once i get there but still i appreciate the input.
Navigation is pretty straightforward for both courses. PDGA course is MUCH more difficult, physically and golf-wise. 5 more holes were added that may not be on a card or map you find, they start after hole 13. Depending on your skill level (and tolerance for punishment lol), I'd recommend the whites (shorts) on PDGA course first, then the blues on Pine Knoll.
I'm asking for as much punishment as can be delivered.
I appreciate the advice! I'm sure i can find my way if the holes are there. thank you again!
For the punishment definitely play the longs on the rotary. It's probably one of the most fun courses to play in Michigan with all of the elevation. Pine Knoll is an added bonus with plenty of opportunity for ace runs!
Thank you very much Chris! I'm playing them on Friday and I'm really excited
