Dude at firefighters let his dog **** right in the middle of the fairway on hole 6 near the bucket and didnt pick it up. What is wrong with some people?
And yes it was a disc golfer, so he should know to have common courtesy. Nobody wants to: putt next to/step in/have a disc land in, a pile of a lazy mans dog ****
