Rule Change - More Details.

Jump in any time. ! This is a Win-Win modification to the league. Golfers no longer are required to get your first round in during the first three weeks.
You will still need to play two rounds to establish a handicap. You will still need to have played one round in the last two seasons to maintain the handicap. Sorry, no rounds played prior to this season will be considered for establishing a handicap.
