Addressing the March meeting….Simply, the March meeting was at a bad time for majority of the board with Memorial, Fur Rondy tourney, etc. I felt it was important for the officers to get together before having our next membership meeting. Since everybody’s time is valuable, I feel it is important that our meetings are productive and efficient. The board as a whole has a sizable to-do list to tackle and that is going to take time. It is better to have a meeting when we are prepared for the agenda versus having meeting just because. We have needed the time this month to get our club responsibilities organized for a constructive meeting in April. Patience and understanding from the membership that we are working to better the organization and fulfill our responsibilities will be most appreciated.
