Was this a question? If so, here's what's going on. The only other Tuesday available in March that didn't conflict with a Hilltop mtg was the 18th, only 2 weeks before an April meeting would be scheduled. It was thought that there would be little to process in April within that 2 week time frame. An ADGA newsletter reporting all necessary information is in the final stages of refinement and will be shared after approval from the board in order to keep up the transparency members are looking for. If any member has questions or input for the ADGA that they've not had a forum for, please reach out to any board member and communicate your thoughts. My apologies for leading you on in the last post, I posted it without consulting other board members, the first no-no of any organization. I wanted to get the newsletter out yesterday so people weren't waiting and wondering (hey I wrote a song with that title once!), but being the first one, there's a lot of work to pull together the framework. Look out for that in an upcoming email & post. You'll find there is a place to make comments on the online newsletter, which may be an outlet you're seeking.
How was there a conflict ? The last meeting was feb 25th and they take place bi weekly as needed . I posted on dgscene the schedule over a week prior to our last meeting and our meetings are just tourney planning for this summer and can be held after any ADGA meetings
Thad, the conflict of which Toni was stating came from my assumption the Hilltop club was meeting every other week and I wanted to be available. Unfortunately, but fortunately for me, I had to work Tues. or I would have showed up to no one there, chuckle. I do not believe a reschedule on your part is necessary, but thank you for offering that.

Well said Toni.

If it avoids future schedule conflict we can move our meetings to a different day of the week , likely Thursday if it helps
