Morning -
7:30 a.m. - Event Set Up (As Many As Possible)
This includes: Tent set up, OB marking, Table Set Up, General Course Cleanup
8:30 a.m. - Registration (Josh + 2 others [Josh in charge of actual registration, the others in charge of the player's packs)
8:30 a.m. - Raffles and Donations (2-3 People)
Lunch -
Scorekeeper - I would like one more person to help me and verify scores, preferably someone not playing. Mitch, have you decided yet? If you aren't playing, I'd like you to help me with this.
'Chef' - Prepare hot dogs for grilling, also heat up some beans.
Table Workers - Take cash for lunches, take cash for disc purchases, take cash for raffles (at least 2)
Basket Movers - MOST IMPORTANT (at least 2), we have to do this quickly, Mark has to go along with us and I'd prefer him to be able to get to eat some lunch.
After Rounds -
Cleanup - Everyone would be nice. Haha
Scorekeeper - Again, Mitch if you aren't playing I'd like you to help me, if not, then whoever.
Table Workers (2-3)
We may need to move the baskets to the original pins, we'd have to talk to Mark.

Thanks. Everyone should comment. We need at least 6 workers for each shift. It is important that everyone do their part for the team.

Just so that you all know what I'll be doing: Morning - Setup then probably helping with Raffles Lunch: Scorekeeping, then lunch help most likely. After Rounds - Scorekeeping, cleanup, basket moving if needed

Travis Bailey   November 3, 2013 at 10:38pm

Also, jobs are first come first serve.

Mitchell Brenn   November 3, 2013 at 10:40pm

I will not play and just help with scores.

Travis Bailey   November 3, 2013 at 10:40pm

Sweet. Thanks!

David Moreno   November 3, 2013 at 10:47pm

I can do whatever. The only thing is that I have to be back by 2 because I have Lifegroup stuff with Christian Challenge. So just really put me to work in the morning before I have to go :P

David Moreno   November 3, 2013 at 10:49pm

I can help set up, help with registration, help move baskets, wherever you want me, I just might have to leave before or in the middle of the doubles round.

Josh Carroll   November 3, 2013 at 10:53pm

I'll be in charge of Lunch supplies. Gonna go out and buy the hot dogs & buns, ketchup, mustard, napkins, chips, and water/pop. I think we should cancel on the beans to reduce cost and preparation time/space. I'll keep the receipts for reimbursement. I'll need some help serving and handling money.

Travis Bailey   November 3, 2013 at 10:53pm

well, ill put you down for setup, raffles, and then basket moving. thanks david!

Josh Carroll   November 3, 2013 at 10:59pm

Don't forget we also need the post-round Entertainers to keep people occupied while scores are being tallied. Really just need one person to run tiebreakers, put on the ring-of-fire, and help with raffle prizes.

Ian Waters   November 4, 2013 at 8:46am

I guess I could be a table worker? Doesn't matter much to me.

Tim Nispel   November 4, 2013 at 12:50pm

I will be there at 730 and can help with whatever needs it

Travis Bailey   November 4, 2013 at 1:18pm

ian, I've got you for setup, registration, basket moving, then help me announce raffles

Travis Bailey   November 4, 2013 at 1:20pm

tim, setup, raffles, chef?, and ring of fire coordinator

Travis Bailey   November 4, 2013 at 1:20pm

mitchell, do you also think you can do the tiebreakers at the end?

Travis Bailey   November 4, 2013 at 1:21pm

josh, we haven't asked the club about purchasing things or players. mind waiting until thursday?

Travis Bailey   November 4, 2013 at 1:23pm

josh, are your plans setup, registration, basket moving (I'd like you to take charge of that), then raffles

Mitchell Brenn   November 4, 2013 at 3:53pm

I can handle tie breakers at the end along with scorekeeping.

Josh Carroll   November 4, 2013 at 4:58pm

I don't mind carrying the cost of lunch if I can get reimbursed for it. I planned to help with set-up and manage registration. During lunch, I planned to cook/serve food. After the rounds I can help with scorekeeping or prizes.

Travis Bailey   November 4, 2013 at 6:12pm

k. scorekeeping is covered, so ill put you with raffles at the end. Ill have tim help woth baskets then. but we shouls nt just have one person all by thenselves. of everyone is willing to donate a couple dollars it saves the club 20 bucks that it doesnt have.l

Josh Carroll   November 5, 2013 at 10:05am

I figured the lunches were supposed to pay for themselves. Say I end up spending $40 on lunches, the club reimburses me the $40 I spend. But if we're doing $4 lunch tickets and 15 people eat lunch, that's $60 (net gain of $20). But if you would still like to bring it to a vote on Thursday night at the club meeting, we can do that as well.

David Moreno   November 5, 2013 at 11:20am

I feel like we should just chip in to eat that money ourselves, I feel like $40 out of the club budget is unnecessary

Travis Bailey   November 5, 2013 at 4:59pm

Yeah. We can discuss it on Thursday. (And really, I don't plan on spending more than 20 dollars for the cost of lunch)

Travis Bailey   November 5, 2013 at 5:58pm

Josh, even if the club paid for it it would be pointless for you to go buy the stuff anyway. I can just pick it up with club cash when I get the rest of the supplies. Haha, why add that extra reimbursing step?

Josh Carroll   November 5, 2013 at 6:27pm

Doesn't matter to me, we can vote on specifics at the club meeting.
