The city has plans to finish off all of their parks like they did at Raintree with a walking path. The City's funds the past few years due to the economic slump have delayed all of their progress. Knowing this, we can only see what it would do to teepad 3, teepad 6, basket 7, 10 teepad, basket 11, 12 teepad, 15 teepad, basket 17, and both 18's tee pad and basket. This is the main reason, in addition with my lack of organizing where 18's new teepad would be placed, why we have not done more.
The Rocks near the teepads at River Bends has not cut down on the graffitti but it is less expensive to update than a pole with hardware, a metal frame covered with plexi, and a sign inside. I will ask Kurt next week for his thoughts...
