Please notify me if for some reason you can not make this very fun and competitive event so we can get people from the waiting list into the event.
I know all that attend will have a great time and we will not move from max per hole of 4 players per hole.
I know day of the event we always will lose 2 to 3 players because issues come up but if you cashless pre-reg'd please make the event or notify me if you can not so we can get all the players who want to play into the event.
Event has a firm cap of 4 players per group so give a heads up with as much notice as possible if you can not make it so the waiting list people know.
