Work has been completed on Hole #1 to make it playable for the event next weekend. The previously broken teepad has been broken up and removed leaving behind a viable temporary teeing surface roughly in the same area. ALL DIVISIONS will play from this new teeing surface to the blue basket - This was the initial redesign intention before the storms came through. The path to the short pad from the parking lot has also been cleared. My hopes are to install a rubber pad, or possibly even some concrete pavers before the event to make it more solid.
Again, to be very clear - ALL DIVISIONS will play from the short pad on the path near the original short pad that has now been cleared and will throw to the blue basket. There will be an OB string line on the right and an OB paint line on the left as we traditionally have had in past events.
