Friday evening – June 10
· Women’s Random Draw Doubles 5:00PM shotgun start

· Caddy Random Draw Doubles 5:00PM shotgun start

· (Check in by 4:45PM at the Pavilion by the Boat House)

· $5.00 per player (cash payout)

Saturday – June 11
· Course Opens at 7AM

· Check in from 7:30 to 8:30AM at the Pavilion
by the Boat House

· Players Meeting at 8:45AM at the Pavilion by the Boat House

· Caddy Assignments at 9:00AM

· First Round (shotgun start) at 9:30AM

· Lunch served on site immediately after the first round (free to all players and caddies)
· Distance Competition during lunch break

· Second Round (shotgun start) 90 minutes after the last scorecard is turned in from the first round

· Ring of Fire after second round

· Awards

A caddy will be available for

each participant in the RMWDGC.

Disc-Diva will be providing prizes for amateur payout!

RMWDGC Caddy Pool
To make this happen and to raise money for the tournament, caddies can sign up to serve when making a $20.00 donation to the tournament. Caddies will receive a “Caddy Pack” including at least a tournament shirt, tournament stamped disc, and lunch the day of the tournament. If a competitor and a caddy are signing up together, the competitor will indicate the name of their caddy when signing up for the tournament. If there are more caddies signed up then competitors, those not caddying will be used on the course as spotters – still receiving the “Caddy Pack”. Caddies will also be able to play the course on all practice days leading up to the event. A Caddy-only random draw doubles round will be held the Friday before the event concurrent with the women’s-only doubles round (June 10).

The first 50 Caddies to sign up will receive Caddy Packs! Caddies can register for the event by selecting “Caddy” as their division.
