I have been made aware of an issue that essentially forced players to purchase raffle tickets in order to register for our events that opened this evening. This is obviously not our intention, was a total oversight by me during the registration process, has been corrected moving forward and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
I am going to assume that any player that purchased one raffle ticket, only did so to work through the requirement and secure a spot in the event.
Starting tomorrow I will begin processing refunds for that dollar paid. This will be a manual process and will take some time and I will respond to this email once it has been completed.
If you selected more than 1 raffle ticket and wish to have that refunded, please respond to this email and let me know if you would like that refunded as well. My assumption is anyone selecting more than $1 did so by choice.
