John Buck January 9, 2009 at 8:38am
It was moved to Sat last week only because of the 80% rain forecast. I expect it to resume on Sunday this weekend, unless there's a good chance of rain that day.
Mark Hunter January 9, 2009 at 5:17am
Sat. or Sun this week???
Eric Guindon January 6, 2009 at 11:11pm
Nice job Athens crew last week with the 1-2-3 finish! Let's play all longs next week.
Scott VanMeter January 4, 2009 at 8:48pm
Awesome turnout!
If the weather isn't too bad next week we should play all blue tees since the baskets are on the A pins.
Just a beautiful day for January!
See ya next week!
John Buck January 4, 2009 at 7:45am
Of course it shows as 'Red tees' but it isn't. We all know that it's Red tees on all Even-numbered baskets & Blue tees on odd-numbered baskets. I just felt that it's more appropriate to select the Red Tees. Would seem silly to have such artifically low scores from the blue tees. Weather was nice & too bad it isn't going to be as sunny tomorrow! Great turnout with 14 players this time around.

80% chance of rain on Sunday, let's do doubles on Saturday this week.
Same time, 2:00 pm.
John Buck December 29, 2008 at 10:31am
Yeah, BJ's putting was red-hot. Every time they bogeyed & we've had the chance to take back 2 throws off their lead.....we've missed our birdie opportunities both times! Still beat us by 6 even though we've had no bogeys and they had 2 bogeys. Between us 4 teams, only 3 bogeys were recorded.
