Ross Pancoast aced hole 15 and Steve Ritenour aced hole 3 for the second and third aces of the season. This marks just the second time that two aces have been recorded in a WND round. This is the second time that Ross has pulled off the WND trifecta by winning the round, getting the CTP and getting an ace. He is still the only player to do this.
We have recorded the first ace of the 2011 WND season. Andy Yankanich played in his first ever doubles event and hit his first ever ace! He aced hole 25A with a lefty skip shot and took home $200. Way to go Andy! I am going to say that we will be seeing Andy out there quite often this season.
This year I plan on coming up with some sort of trophy for the top 10 finishers at the end of the season. Points will be awarded as follows. Each participant will recieve 5 participation points and 1 point for every team that their team beats. Each member of the second place team/teams will recieve 5 additional points and each member of the first place team/teams will recieve 10 additional points.

4th ace of the season
Sean White aced hole 3 with a beautiful flick shot and took home $200. Way to go Sean! Sean has only played twice this year. The other night he played was July 14th when two aces were hit. Could he be the lucky ace charm?
