HEY, disc golfers! We will start the winter glow season next week and we will be moving to HUDSON MILLS for one week only on 10/27/2010, yes that's right. Hudson Mills is open until 10pm for the remainder of the month so we are going to play a wicked awesome glow round out there. Consider it a warmup for the Mystic Mills if you dare, muahahaha.

6:30 SHARP start time will be enforced because we don't want to be in the park past 10pm. Please get there early to warmup.

Daemon has got a point, you gotta look at it from an certain standpoint, Shaffer and the boys needed hard #'s so they could run the type of gig they wanted. so thusly it was planned. Do we want more players? Sure, who doesn't. The fact is this event was a set tee-time thing, everyone knew for hours. In the end you just can't please everyone.. and I'll always side for the peeps that run it because talk is cheap, the work involved in these things sure isn't.

Perhaps we ... more

Nothing wrong with sharing opinions. Trying to influence peoples decision is how I took alot of what I read. It's hard to come up with a set of guidelines and actually stick to them. I for one would kinda lose respect for a league that gets changed around alot at the last minute. It kinda makes it seam a little hanky. Whatever this tee time means to you is not the same as it means to everyone else. I have been doing the same sorta leagues for twenty years. Now that there is a tee time in pl ... more

Brooke, I love how people like to tell other people how to do the things that they are doing. The tee time was announced weeks in advance. You don't like it run something yourself. This is just me talking. I am just happy there are people that do these thingys. Brooke you write like Bandemer Glow was only available this week. Well it wasn't, It's been running for a long time. Brooke, you talk like you got a vote in what is going to happen. This is Shaffer's gig. Let him do it ... more

In the post on the Wash. Ct. Glow News it says this week should be 8:15. Rob had me update the HLW posting to say start time at 8:00. Normally 30 minutes before that is OK for reg. Planning on a 8:00 start is wise. Rob indicated 24 holes tonight for the double points. Will be a blast!
