So to play on Sunday's does one need a partner or do how does things work?

Its random draw doubles, so your partner will be random

Show up 10-20 min before league begins. Think it is $5 to play, then optional buy in for Ace Pool and CTPs, draw a chip with # on it and once registration is closed you will be partnered with somebody with # next to yours.
