I saw joe carrying that bucket, Nellis dropped a few bucks on that ice melter, bird did 22 tee pads surprised he had anything left for the round. I even gave you a point for bringing your shovel. I didn't plan on bird doing that many so a point per seemed righteous in this case. We only have two weeks left. I don't think you have anything to worry about. This won't be a regularly occurring thing.

One other thought I had is maybe all of us could chip in a few bucks for t-shirts or some merch for Ted donating discs and Jeebus & Mike F being the only players with perfect attendance. Just thought I'd throw it out there. Ok, I'm done. I'll let you run your league now. Lol

Shirts are $12 just need 10-12 for an order. Could be included with a membership fee that makes weekly league fee $1, instead of $2. I have considered all previously explored areas of endeavor, its a process to find the ones that work best for our league and weed out the ones that do not. Be patient, keep up the input, and keep up the good shooting.

Not that my points matter at this point in the season but only 10 pts and bird 20+ pts? I know some of you like only taking 2 steps for a run up but if you think my effort wasnt worth it by shoveling behind them let me know so i wont waste my time and kill my back by doing it again

All i got to say about this is it kinda sucks loosing top 3 not based on performance when i worked hard this season to get there. Just an opinion.

I think awarding etiquettes and participation (shoveling, picking up trash, costumes when there is a theme, attendance, CTPs, Making food, growing the sport(maybe a referral point for bringing a newcomer to the league)etc...) is a good thing. It tightens up the club,makes it interesting. Bird and JayB did all a solid and hit the pads( the right way) a lot of us were down to do the same, just showed up a little later. Shoveled safe teepads are a part of disc golf, it makes a huge difference and should be recognized every now and again.

I was thinking of a noon start for the following winter league to preserve daylight, and a one o'clock start this fall to let it warm up a bit before hand. A switch to noon is an open possibility. I will need a couple weeks to get a feel for which one will promote a greater attendance for the league. Anyone following this post is welcome to chime in with thoughts on the matter.
