Poyner throws smooth unseating The Disc Giant for number 1. Giants last put is an easy one, but hits weak side chains for a splash out, breaking a hole for hole tie allowing Jensen to keep number 6 tag. The course doled out beatings to all, and despite starting strong, Doc took the worst of it.

Number one tag holder the Disc Giant played focused through all 18 holes on a crisp morning, finishing with an emphatic long-range birdie en route to a come from behind -4 to -3 win over Doc Little, who met disaster with a missed mando on 17. Tracy Moore made up for a pathetic parade of front rim misses with a 35 foot birdie on 17 to climb back to a +2 tie with Bradley Corval, who endured some late hole blunders to tarnish what looked to be an under par morning.

on a beautiful windless evening that ended in total darkness (like so many evenings do), underlining the need for a 445pm start time on tuesdays, Serjio Castaneda vaulted to tag #7, his best placement yet, with a clean minus 2. Chris Erdelt and Tracy Moore were close behind at minus 1, dropping Chris to 18 and leaving Tracy unchanged at 32. Bill Zimmerle and Jeremie Pierce battled to a plus 3 draw, as did Matt Ballentine and Bradley Corval with plus 5's.

Shawn Stanley dug deep with late birdies to pull out a -2, exploiting the embarrassingly feeble putting touch of Tracy Moore to finish ahead of him for the first time, just behind number one bag tag holder the Disc Giant, who cruised in with a -5 on a mild thursday morning. Jeremie Pierce and Bradley Corval had flashes of crowd-pleasing brilliance, but were just slightly off most of the round.

chris e's OB double bogey on the newly marked sixth hole doomed him from catching the sizzling terry woods, who carded a -7 to leap to the # 2 spot, with chris dropping to #7. everyone else held their tags.

on a windy, cold evening fit only for the truly devoted, terry woods shook off the weather and some early negative energy to glide to an even par round. he easily bested his only ranked challenger, tracy moore, who recoverd nicely from a wind-blown front nine of +9 to finish at +6, tying the only other player braving the storm, a visiting virginian named walter.

Serjio loses real chance it number one ranking with an OB throw on the final hole, allowing the Disc Giant to slip into the number one spot with a minus one. Doc finally drops, to number 18, and Serjio holds at 20. Tracy Moore jumped from 62 to 26 with a one over par. aaron demands the 74 tag in disgust over his plus 4, allowing ryan ruiz to drop to just 68 despite his plus 5.

terry woods defended his number 7 tag with an even par in the breeze, while jeff krebill's plus one elevated him from 68 to 16. dennis flaschner also moved up with a plus one, from 16 to 9. tyler clifton got bumped from 9 to 49 with a plus five, with tracy moore's plus five dropping him from 49 to 62. Dan O's solid plus four allowed him to keep his 17 tag....

newcomer ryan ruiz heralded his arrival with a -1 to jump from 74 to 18, while doc again defended his championship status with a -2. nice rounds for all, but due to so many low number holders who don't show up, serj, phil, tracy and shawn all dropped...

doc and and cameron pulled in at one over each, allowing doc to keep his number one and cameron to jump to 22. tracy moore and the disc giant came in at 4 over, but moore dropped to 27 and the giant held at 32...

tracy moore goes toe to toe with the disc giant for 12 holes before fading late....shawn stanley outlasts matt ballentine to vault to #27..

steve richardson bent but never broke en route to jumping from 27 to a number one bag tag with an even par performance, outdueling aaron rush who came in with a +2, and a determined tracy moore with a +1. Moore kept his 22 tag, Rush dropped to 26.

terry woods steps up with a -2, and many others had solid scores on a windless evening...new member serj is not listed yet but finished even to take the 18th tag

tracy moore cracks the top 20 for the first time legitimately...doc maintains his stranglehold on number one with a 54...

steve richardson defends his 20 ranking with a crisp +2, followed by tracy moore at +3, who jumps from 29th to 26th (don't know why tracy was listed as 46th, h'es never had that tag). Richard Lehnus takes the one hole playoff from Shawn Stanley to settle at 27 while Shawn drops to 29...Number one Doc Little opts out of the bag tag challenge with pain in his side...

Tracy Moore bogeys 5 of the last 7 holes to drop out of contention at the tuesday bagtag challenge, failing to defend his karma-acquired number one bag tag....

Tracy Too Dread Moore now has the number one bag tag after a surprise round with terry woods on saturday...Moore will be at the tuesday 6pm bag tag challenge for anyone who wants to try to be number one!!

This is to correct a mix up from last tag challenge. All unclaimed numbers went in a nd were redistributed to those who placed.

Round five of the 2011 King of the lake, bag tag match. Tournament par was 81, actual par was 90.

Round five of the "King of the lake" bag tag match. Don't remember who all was involved and numbers received. So help me out the rest of you who played please.

Five people teamed up to play the 18 at Rancho on June 7th in the Bag Tag league match. The top two, Dan and Shawn, shot it out for first while second two was a battle between father and son. Both of those qualified as squeakers. When the plastic flew and the dust cleared, a good time was had by all, even Bill who had 3 out of bounds and received excellent tips for improving his game.
