More new players! League is growing.

Another great turnout this week. Though we were missing some regulars, 11 guys is always a good turnout.

I'd like to welcome Jay to the club. Contrary to his head-to-toe UofM gear, he is in fact a local guy.

Congrats to Ken Brown for upping his new PB to 59 (+4). Good shooting! I also believe Cam may have had a PB, or close to it with a 54 (-1).

Congrats to Seth for taking both CTPs today. He went home with a Viking Rune putter and a Dynamic Discs Sheriff driver.

Summer is here. Bring on the Mayflies...said no one ever!

Another great turnout today. Some seriously hot rounds. 5 guys under par today. Tearing up the course. I know we left some birdies out there, but that's what makes us amateurs.

Special congrats to Zach and Ken B for their Personal Bests. Zach destroyed the course with a 46 (-9) and Ken had the straightest drives of the day, helping him to a 60 (+5). Great shooting guys!!!

Correction, 6 guys under par. Sorry, Bobby!

Ryan Hughes   May 27, 2018 at 4:42pm

Another correction, Mike Evans also shot his PB with a 58. Amazing day overall.

Ron Hebert   May 27, 2018 at 4:53pm

I sure Mike's score wasn't 38? We ran into his mother on 7 last night and she said he was the best Disc Golf Player that ever lived LOL

Lakewood owned up to the title today!!!

You haven't seen flooded until you've seen Lakewood today.

Kudos to the soldiers that made it out today. Good times all around. A little safari action on 17/18 to make a couple more par 4's.

Ron took the CTP on #12, but in true gentlemanly fashion, donated the disc back for another prize in the future.

Spring is actually finally here!!!

Another solid turnout this past Sunday. Thanks once again to Ashur for taking care of Sunday league, and for taking another Wizard off my hands.

April 15th was a complete write off. Weather sucked. The course was drowning. Sorry to anyone that showed up. I dropped the ball.

This coming Sunday should be much better. In addition to the weekly CTP, I'm adding 2 more. Consider it a birthday present from me to the league. Not sure that's how birthdays work, but I dare anyone to compl ... more

what time do you guys usually wrap up your rounds? i'm hoping to be able to finally join in this sunday but it depends on the timing.

Zach DeWolfe   September 3, 2018 at 12:14am

Byron, sorry for not getting back to you. Sunday morning we start at 10 and wrap up 1145/12pm

Ryan Hughes   April 10, 2018 at 7:47am

I should have skipped that tournament

Another solid turnout, 10 guys showing up this week.

Congrats to Rick on his first ace. Story around town is you hit a dirty skip off of the front of the hill on #7 and buried it. Sweet!!! Careful though, you'll get the itch, and the only cure is more aces.

Fair warning to everyone next Sunday. I'm back and I'm hungry for lower tags!!!

Wish I was at brunch

Stellar turn out today. The four of us had a blast. Almost witnessed a couple of aces and a couple PBs out there. So close, Bobby. Can't wait for the consistent warmer weather. Hoping to see more folks out next week.

may be you were jinxed by some doofus pointing out you were -5 after 5?

Ryan Hughes   April 1, 2018 at 2:14am

No rest for the wicked

Sunday leagues are a go tomorrow. I know it'll be tough for some, but if you skip out, I'll assume you're a dirty, no good, virgin sacrificing Pagan.

Just kidding, some of my best friends are virgin sacrificing Pagans. All are welcome. We don't discriminate.

Great first week!!!

Awesome turnout for our first week. The weather sucked. The wind was vicious. Though, apparently, it only affected a few of us. Ashur proposed we play for tags, but after the first group tee'd off. For those that were playing for tags, we can swap prior to the next league round.

Congrats to Ron for winning our first CTP of the season. See me for your disc. I've decided to do an additional disc if we have more than 6 guys throw in for CTP. So, lucky 7 means multiple chances for a dis ... more

Byron, basically we buy tags to support ouyr local club which for us is Windsor Essex disc golf. Tags are numbered from 1-50. Let’s say you have Tag #5 and I have tag #8... we decide to play a round together and decide to play a tag match. If I win I get your #5 tag and you get my #8. It’s kind of like a local ranking system. All in good fun of course.

Byron Harrett   March 29, 2018 at 1:18pm

gotcha. so i can just show up on a Sunday morning, buy a tag and start my disc golfing career?

Matt Soulliere   March 30, 2018 at 8:31pm

Lol. Yes you can!!

Ryan Hughes   March 19, 2018 at 3:48pm

No church for this guy!

Sunday leagues are back. Requests were made to start a touch later, so we're doing 10:15 now. This means I'll be a few minutes early now, and Ron will be that much earlier!!!
