Is it $40 PLUS $5 each week, or
$40 for the season OR $5 for each week?

$40 is the membership. It includes all four K'Aces Leagues and the shirt, disc, and mini (which come as the season goes on). Then $5/league night. If you play in just one of the leagues, then $5/week.
