1. Payout of entry fees is 85% cash. Deductions - 10% Management Fee and 5% Course Maintenance Fee which includes scorecards and golf pencils.
2. 6 week leagues. Drop two lowest points weeks. You may enter as late as the 3rd week of the 6 weeks since there are 2 drop weeks.
3. No Mulligans
4. 50% of all divisions are paid.
5. Total points will determine thne order of finish in each division
6. Place of finish within the division will determine how many points a player will receive each week.
1st place receives 10 pts, 2nd place receives 9 points, and so on. If there is a tie, the average of the two places will be used. Example: A tie for 1st place. The average of 10 and 9 points = 9.5 points.
7. Ace Pot - optional, $1 each week. Ace Pot rolls over, caps at $100. If more than 1 player hits an Ace during a round then they split the $100.
8. What division a player starts in is done by PDGA rating if the player has one. This is for the first league only. After the first league, a players average score on the course will determine the division they qualify for. No more than 6 previous leagues or 1 year will be used to determine a players average score.
9. You may change your division until the start of the third week.
10. No less than 3 and no more than 5 on a scorecard.
11. Payout will be done at the first week of the new league.
12. results will be posted on the course board, Birdshot website and here.
13. Rainouts, holidays, etc. will be counted as a drop for everybody unless the players involved can agree on a makeup day.
14. No 2 meter rule
15. If the league directors are out playing on the course, take a scorecard from the black mailbox and when finished, put the scorecard back in the mailbox to be picked up later.
16. The league will alternate between the Cedar Hills and Camp Wallace courses each 6 weeks.
17. PDGA rules are in effect. Ex: If you turn in a wrong score, you will be given 2 strokes.
18. You may play in a higher skill division than the one that you are qualified for, but you may not play in a lower skill division than the one that you are qualified for.
