You must complete at least six rounds to be eligible for end-of-league awards. Standings are based on your best six rounds. We will have Men's divisions for Advanced, Intermediate, and Recreational based on where the League Director thinks you best fit, and a Women's division. So if your rating is 860 but you play North Jasper well regularly or have won league before, you may be placed in Intermediate instead of Recreational, for example. This is to encourage everyone to feel they have a chance as well as to spread the players out between the divisions better. (If we have enough women playing to offer more than one Women's division, we will create a second one.)
All players will receive a PDGA rating for each round; only current PDGA members will keep their round ratings once league is complete, however. You do not have to be a PDGA member to play in the league or be eligible for league awards.
If you wish to join the PDGA, we can take your membership fee for you to send to the PDGA, or you can go to pdga.com to join or renew your membership. PDGA annual membership fees are $75 Pro, $50 Amateur, and $35 Juniors (under age 19).
