Hey I'm collecting discs for begginers to borrow who decide they would like to try disc golfing if anyone has any discs to donate please let me know

This Sunday will be the series opener. Please have your buy-in ready and remember there is a fee to play Taloali.
I hope to see a good turnout this year as changes to this series are from league patrons suggestions and popular demand.
Buy-in to the points series is not required to play in this weeks D.O.R.C.s league round but the course fee is required. I will be confirming everyone has paid. Taloali is in great shape right now and we are excited at the opportunity to play there this weekend.

Bag Tag dump tomorrow at Cascade!!!
I have tracked 4 players out of the top 30 tags that are way out but otherwise we are doing very well with participation. That means that only 13% of D.O.R.C.s bag tag holders egnore the dump rules. I believe that is VERY good news and far better than I expected.

In other stats I have been tracking I discovered that I can now prove what I have always known...

I am indeed a "Winner"! DGS shows each rounds up or down movement of tags for each player.
I counted the ups and the downs to determine that 56% of the time I improve my bag tag at D.O.R.C.s league rounds.
I can do this for anyone that would like to know if you are a "Winner" too but it is my belief that if you play the D.O.R.C.s league on the regular you are most DEFINITELY a "Winner"

By the way this weeks D.O.R.C.s round is the 234th league round on discgolfscene.

It was a wet and windy day of disc golf this morning for the D.O.R.C.s league. Three lost discs to the river, two DNFs and only one player finished under par at Dallas! Thanks for coming out, NO REST FOR THE WICKED

We are anticipating 6 of the "Top Ten" D.O.R.C.s Bag Tags to show up tomorrow at Dallas for the "CALI" round based on text message corespondents. If so we will likely witness several ACE runs if not ACEs hit. For you beginner D.O.R.C.s this round would be good for you to learn a thing or two from D.O.R.C.s best.

Three new D.O.R.C.s Bag Tags issued today! We are up to 55 players. I hope to see some of these "Top Ten" tag holders out next week for "CALI" format. With all those ACE opportunities I expect to some aces D.O.R.C.s😃

Much thanks to my sub-league director for keeping D.O.R.C.s going wile I'm in recovery.
To whom it may concern; it is my opinion to "own" any bag tag you get you must defend it at least once. It seems I will be forced to defend the D.O.R.C.s #1 bag tag or dump it on Sept. 21st. This all depends on my recovery. Regardless the #1 bag tag WILL be up for grabs on Sept. 21st. If I am able to play by then I will be out of practice but I think the FUNky Format for that should be SINGLES just in case. Any objections?

D.O.R.C.s Bag Tag league is showing 41 tags issued to D.O.R.C.s regulars. Four players are being tracked for their third & qualifying round.

D.O.R.C.s April 6th at Dallas City Park "FUNky Format" will be RIPT DOUBLES. As the last 2 weeks format was singles and before that was RIPT, I thought RIPT DOUBLES at Dallas would be fun and speed things up a bit.

Ok all the scheduled locations and times have been set through the end of April, remember if you want to know where we are going to be look at the D.O.R.C.s (Day of rest crew) league that's is the correct schedule to be reading.

Secondly nest week is at Corbin and we will be playing R.I.P.T with the normal out of bounds rules...see ya there DORC's.

In updating D.O.R.C.s Bag Tag league I noticed some players are not linked. In particular I am looking for Eldon Anderson's email info and wish to send him a friend request. I have the #33 tag to replace his paper tag and can not contact him. If you can please have him send me a PM with email.

To clarify how the D.O.R.C.s scores Lone Wolf rounds, here it is; Points earned in a Lone Wolf round are subtracted from PAR and posted to the leaderboard as "Singles-Stroke-Play" rounds. I understand this affects stats, but so does the RIPT rounds as a RIPT round does not accurately reflect your performance when scored as a "Singles-Stroke-Play" round. To make the D.O.R.C.s Bag Tag league more official and to track Bag Tags better the D.O.R.C.s league will ONLY count the regular scheduled D.O.R.C.s round as a Bag Tag Dump round. I other words if you play in the "alternate" round of D.O.R.C.s, keep your tag, that way we can track the top ten better and avoid confusion about who has what tag.
