This is a short Dubs League for just the month of September. Start times may need to move up due to the shortening days.
- $4 Buy-In each week with an optional $1 Ace Pot for 2 rounds (20 holes).
- Random partners chosen each week. Odd person out will play standard Cali rules.
- Top 3 teams will split 100% of the Buy-In each week. 3rd place will receive their Buy-In back ($4), 2nd place will receive 30% of the remaining total (minimum of $4), and 1st place will receive the remaining amount.
- In the case of a tie, sudden death playoff will decide the winners. Sudden death holes will be decided on by the tied teams and are not limited to standard holes (can be Safari style).
- Each week's style of play is open to change. The 1st place winners of the previous week will decide on the style of play for the next week. Optional rules can include, but are not limited to: 1) Limited number/style of discs to play with such as putters only or single disc rounds. 2) Partners cannot use the same style drive on the same hole. 3) Change OB rules to be more or less difficult. 4) Use your imagination and make it something you would want to play.
- O.B. Rules have been modified for Dubs which are referred to as "Clear a the Path". On hole #1, #4, #7, & #8 your disc has to clear the walking path or it is considered out of bounds and you must proceed to the drop zone with a 1 stroke penalty.
~~~Ace Pot~~~
- Optional $1 Buy-In each week is available to all players.
- Ace Pot will payout to the individual player that aces.
- If the Ace Pot reaches $250, and nobody gets the Ace that week, $100 will go towards a Birdie Bash Pot. Each week when you buy-in to the Ace Pot, you will also qualify for the Birdie Bash Pot.
~~~Birdie Bash~~~
- When a Birdie Bash is in effect, 3 random holes will be chosen at the end of each week for the Birdie Bash. Birdie Bash payout will be awarded to the team who can birdie all 3 holes on both rounds of play.
~~~Seasonal Scoring & Payout~~~
- Optional one time $10 fee for season long scoring with 100% payout at the end of the season for top 3 point earners. 1st place gets 50%, 2nd place 30%, and 3rd place gets 20%.
- Points are accumulated each week for each individual participating Seasonal Scoring. The following points are awarded to the top 3 teams of Pay 2 Play: 5pts for 1st, 4pts for 2nd, 3pts, for 3rd.
- Scores will be updated each week and displayed in the Leaderboards section.
- In an effort to encourage weekly attendance, all Seasonal Scoring participants playing that week will be awarded a minimum of 2pts for playing. This will help prevent one person running away with the lead which could discourage weekly attendance. This will also mean that someone who shows up every week, but does not constantly place in the top 3, could still earn enough points to qualify for a cash payout at the end of the season.
- The seasonal Host for Dubs cannot participate in seasonal payout but may participate in Pay 2 Play and Ace Pot/Birdie Bash.
