Bag Tag Rules:
- The goal is to have the lowest numbered bag tag.
- Higher-numbered bag tags generally challenge lower-numbered tags.
- You can only challenge someone that is within 5 numbers of you. (7 can challenge a 2, but cannot challenge a 1).
- Bag tag challenge can happen during the league round or any casual round throughout the week.
- The two contenders will agree on the details of the challenge. This includes course, whether or not it is a match or skins, or if one person gets a handicap. Bag tag challenges do not always have to be per the two parties' handicaps. Ex) you can make it per UDisc course averages. Make it fair and competitive for both people.
- Bag tags can be played in a doubles round.
- You can only be challenged by one person. Not all of us can challenge #1 every Saturday.
- You can rechallenge someone again after one of the following occurs: that person is involved in another challenge, or one week has passed.
- You have to accept the challenge if you're challenged with an agreed-upon date.
- You cannot accept more than one challenge at a time.
- Let us know if you do a bag tag round so we know who has what number.
League Play
-$2 optional ace pool each week.
You only have to have paid & played 2 rounds with Bill's Buddies to win the ace pool.
-If more than one person aces during the round then the ace pool is split.
-Ace Pool is capped at $250. Anything collected beyond $250 will roll over into additional ace pools.
The additional ace pools will be available immediately. We continue to award 70% of the pool for each
ace hit during the League round after as long as you’ve played the requisite number of rounds. Ace
pools are not available for make up rounds.
For example: If pool A has $250, and there is an additional $150 then ace pool B will be $150. If there are
more than 1 aces in a round, the first one will win $175 (70% of Pool A) and the second one will win
$105 (70% of Pool B).
-Handicaps will be set after the first two rounds. This means the first two rounds are "straight-up" rounds.
-Scoring will be done on UDisc. This will make it easier for us to update the leaderboard on Disc Golf Scene.
*Please submit scores as a total number of strokes. For instance, if the course par is 54, but you shot 53, don't submit "-1" or "one under", submit "53" as your score.*
-Makeup rounds are allowed, but there must be at least two Bill's Buddies league members present for the round (two total, meaning you and another member). Makeup round scores must be submitted to Administrators.
-Makeup rounds are allowed from the missed round until the end of the following Friday before the next . **You are not eligible for the ace pool during makeup rounds.
-If there are 8 or more people in attendance, Admins will decide whether or not to break into smaller cards or play it by ear based on group consensus
-If you get an Ace, you automatically get 10 points for the round in addition to the pool.
-Ctp is closest to the pin, so long as not closest to the pad, even if a throw is in the woods it would count as the closest to the pad.
