Barn Burner putting league-
2 rounds. An individual round, and a random draw Doubles 'horseshoe' round. $5 buy-in, $2 goes to the individual winner, $2 to the doubles winner and $1 to the end of season trophies/payout.
Barn Putting (individual round):
-individuals throw at a choice of 4 baskets with 2 putters.
-each basket is worth 1-4 points, based on their distance to the thrower. The farthest basket is worth 4 points.
-there will be 9-18 'holes', determined by the turnout
-the person with the most points wins the pot for the night
Skill shot (individual round):
-There will be locations marked throughout the barn.
-Each location shoots at a certain basket.
-Points will be awarded for each successful make, and the points are determined by difficulty.
-You get 2 throws per marked spot.
-the person with the most points wins the money pot
Horseshoes (Random draw doubles, double elimination):
-2 baskets are spaced 25-30' apart
-One person from each team stands at baskets across from each other
-on one side, alternating throws, each person will throw a putter at the basket
-scoring is 1 point for 1 make, 3 points for 2 in a row
-play to 15, or 21 (determined by turnout), gotta win by 2
End of season payout, or trophy:
-End of season will be determined through points issued from barn putting/skill shot, and from Horseshoes.
-Maximum points for barn putting will be 20 for 1st place, 17 for 2nd, and decreasing by 3 thereafter.
-Max points for horseshoes will be 10 for first, 8 for 2nd, and decreasing by 2 thereafter.
-Minimum points given for each round is 1
-only your top 10 rounds will be counted towards the end of the season
