So how does this bag tag thing work? Do we need to agree before a league round with someone? More than one person, then exchange all 3 tags? Rules written anywhere? Thanks (See? Old guys don't know everything!)

No league this week 4/4/18. No sense playing in below 30 weather...
They are intended for league play so weekly on card they are automatic and every 3 weeks we do the all tags in. If you wish to do anything different and it is agreed upon, that is totally fine too.
You can also challenge off card but tags must be resolved on card first.
