Should be on the left side by and around the fence.
tried looking for it earlier today couldn't find it..

Left a pro firebird on hole one yesterday (the 10th) at around 5pm. And just noticed that i left it at 2:30pm today. (The 11th) if you have it and return it i have a AWSOME reward for you. You might even feel bad for taking it. Also....if you know somebody that played this course between these times. Please ask them if they have it. And if they do. Then i still have a reward for you and them as well. I dont think my number was on the disc yet.

Lost a white Prodigy D3 last Saturday on Hole # 11. It was a practice toss off the tee, ended up near the footpath by the right-side basket location (the basket's in the other location right now). Totally forgot to pick it up after my approach shot. :/

Just back from round at Woodmansee and it is in need or some repair and cleanup. Most of tee signs need replacement and new acrylic cover plates. Also some have the top wood plates being loosened and ready to be taken now the top covers are gone. Course in general could use cleanup for the spring. Any plans in place by CCDG or will this need to be taken on by individuals effort again. Thank you and this should be handled as soon as possible before further damage done to course.

Woodmansee work day was a big success due to the friends of trees, ivy removal coalition, and other assorted youth groups. Sorry to say no disc golfers besides myself made it out. We owe these groups a big thanks. Some of many pictures taken. Over 1000+ tree seedlings, assorted plants, and such planted today, lets treat them nice and let them grow.

Found yet another disc today on hole 8/17. This is getting ridiculous! :) No name or number - looks brand new. My son will be glad to keep it if nobody can identify it.

Jim Costello is to be given an award for the finding and return of not one, but two of my discs a month apart. Yes I should keep better track of my discs, but it's a great community of people who can return discs that aren't theirs. Keep up the good work to all those returning discs to their rightful owners!

The area we will be planting in does intersect the course near the northernmost footbridge in the park (though I'm not sure of the hole number/s 5/14? 6/15?). However, the work will not permanently affect any of the baskets or tees. That said, we will want to "close" these holes during the event. I will be posting signs next week to indic ... more

Thanks much for the offer to help out.


Also, I'm not sure if you are aware, but we will be partnering with the No Ivy Coalition in the park that day. They will be coordinating ivy removal I believe in the area just west of the north bridge, but I haven't gotten a confirmation on their targeted area/s just yet. Hopefully, this work will reduce the number of discs that get lost (and will likely turn up a few that have gone missing), and will help protect the ancient oaks from threats from this tenacious weed.


However, speaking of changes to the course, I do have a question for you. Basically, I'm wondering how you would feel (or think other course users would feel) about the young cherry tree next to the giant oak in the pictures below being removed. This is the basket for hole 2/11.

​I think this would be the right course of action, foremost, for the sake of the old oak, and secondly, for the sake of removing a nuisance species, though we would like to not negatively impact the course. We have removed the other cherries that were in the natural area next to the creek as this is a widespread nuisance tree--a non-native tree that often out-competes native trees for space and other resources (though we left 3-4 very large specimens as per the Parks department's request). I would have had the guys cut this one as well, but since it is part of the course, I wanted to check in with course users or the greenskeeper first. Are you the greenskeeper for this course? I have also recently contacted Barry Bolliver of Capitol City Disc Golf (who we've worked with at Cascades Gateway Park), but I haven't heard back from him yet. Please let me know how you think this alteration might go over. Thanks again for your offer to help at the planting and for your advice in this tree removal matter. And no need to worry about anything happening on this anytime soon. This just seemed a good time to ask the question.

Found an unmarked Roc3 on #9/18's fairway this last Saturday. I'll reluctantly return it to it's rightful owner if identified. I'll happily add it to my arsenal if not! :)

I found a Crank that might have been a off shot from hole 17 or 9's fairway. Message me the color and stamp so I can get it back to you :)
