The disc golf course work was slowed due to the maintenance needed in hosting the national soccer tournament. Personnel will be back out next week to intall baskets and tee pads. It sounds like full speed ahead in the next few weeks. Once again if anyone witnesses tree cutting let us know as it is unauthorized and is destruction of township property. Thanks for the extra set of eyes.

When are they gonna do something besides lay wood chips? Wood chips dont matter when theres no pads or baskets.

Saginaw Township has not authorized any recent tree removal. If any activity is witnessed please contact the Township office at (989) 791-9870. thanks for your help in keeping this course safe for players and non players alike.

FYI everyone. Pad #5 has been moved 80' to the north due to the high volumne of walkers thru this area. Former placement made it a blind shot. this hole is now back open and playable.

Thanks Jakkob. 11's tee pad is in a temporary spot and may be able to be adjusted. Garry who is out on the job is taking a look at your suggestion.The 18th is being revamped and the mando will be thru the woods. Because of future additions to that park area nothing will be in the open field. Feel free to talk to Garry and he said he would be happy to show you .Keep the suggestions coming.!

Townships been there 3 days now and it's starting to look good all back 9 are cut out and being wood chipped. Baskets and tee pads will follow! Only thing I see is 11's tee pad should be a little more to the right like 40 to 50 feet, and open up the last 200 feet of the end of 18 a little more! But it's looks great awesome job!!!!

You guys dont know what your talking about. The volunteers cleared the brush and thats about it. The dont know how to lay concrete or put in baskets. By the way Jim Fries, i didnt see you out there pouring concrete.. Consider your source of unreliable information.
Still needs more more trees gone on 11 to the basket 12 the first bend 15 all little trees between the basket and teepad 17 that silly branch that goes across the fairway befor kids brake it 18 all the trees in the lying in e fairway and the last 100 feet is impossible! It's not fun to hit trees every shot!
