Whispering Falls

By far the most difficult course I have personally played. The course mainly goes through a forest with tight fairways and different elevation changes. There are a few holes that are out in the open that has a ravine come into play (holes 5, 17, and 18). I find the front 9 a lot more difficult than the back 9. I think two different tee pads are needed on each hole instead of mulitple basket locations because the hole signs are inconsistant where the basket is actually located. 9 more holes ...

I still don't understand for scoring purposes what the difference between Harvest Rd 1, Harvest Rd 2 are. All in all, it is a wonderful course and my favorite!

This review is just the newer holes 19 thru 27 as I only had time for those unfortunately. These holes are fairly boring . Big open holes without much in the way of a challenge. If you play here make sure to contact a local as there is no signage to guide you around . The tee pads are nice though. Fly pads, very well done.

As others have mentioned, this is for experienced players only. This course has 27 holes and the design is great. Very hilly. There is good variety in holes including elevation changes, long and short distances with open and forested holes. Scorecards are available at the kiosk at hole 1. Rubber tee pads. The major drawbacks are that the course is incredibly difficult to navigate as a first timer and the rough is very dense in the summer and makes it likely you'll lose a disc. There is a ...

The major drawbacks are that the course is incredibly difficult to navigate as a first timer and the rough is very dense in the summer and makes it likely you'll lose a disc. There is a VERY long walk in between hole 12 and 13 which wouldn't be so bad except that it is very easy to get lost unless you have played there before. I would give this course a higher rating, but honestly it is not worth the lost discs in such dense rough. High difficulty is great, but there is a point in which it turns into luck more than skill, and this course seems to do that. Overall a good course though, and the course is very scenic and enjoyable to walk through if you're in shape and know where you're going.
