A 9-hole course set into the public Memorial Park of Wakarusa. Challenging for beginners and rec players. All holes are Par 3 which isn't easy for most players. No fee to enter park or play the course.

Holes vary from wide open grassy and flat terrain, to narrow shots through pine tree rows, and around established trees. while not a long course, the openness to adjacent fields means it's often breezy to windy, adding to the challenge and feel of distance.

An elevation climb up and drop down the park sledding hill is always interesting with a great view of the surrounding area from the top of the hill. The course is always well-maintained and some consideration must be taken to others using the park facilities like the track, splash pad, and pavilion.

The course is newer and the course maps on UDisc helps find the small tee signs and alternate layouts. Perhaps a second set of tees would provide more challenge to advanced players.
