Excellent use of land. Well thought out holes. Could use tee boxes. Really nice park. Cleanest course I have ever played. May benefit by adding a super long layout.

Played Thompson Park in the snow the day after the baskets were put in. It's fresh, 18 holes through a park setting with a variety of holes par 3,4 and 5....lots of trees, hills, elevation changes, OB, a couple streams, makes for a challenging round of DG...no tee pads yet, two tee positions-white 6,651' and blue 7,910', Mach 5 baskets, parking lot is right near the start and finish of the course...I assume there will be more info coming due to the newness of the course. After some trimming up ...

Course is coming along. Sample tee pads are in and waiting to see which type performs the best. Low hanging branches have been trimmed and new temporary tee signs have been posted. Once tee pads are installed and permanent signs are in I believe this will be a top 3 in NJ.

beautiful course with a variety of challenging shots. ample sinage. easy flow to the layout. very accessible and easy to find. no rif-raf as the police department is across the street. plenty of parking. access to lavatory facilities. all this course needs are permanent tee pads and a few garbage barrels and benches at those tee pads.

Not an A+ because I haven't been to that many courses, but I gotta tell ya, this one is great. I played yesterday with my family and we all enjoyed it -- including my mom, who is NOT a disc golfer. Not too hard of a course, and basically no chance of losing a disc....which is a huge plus in my book, considering my home courses are Greystone (which is a black hole for discs imo) and Harry Dunham Park (which isn't too bad, but is a very easy course). Definitely worth visiting. I only wish it weren't an hour away from me!

Easily one of the best courses in NJ if not the best (could make the argument for Stafford Woods). A lot of fun challenging holes that test a variety of shots. The park is well kept. The course isn't complete yet still waiting for Tee Pads and signage to go in. Once those are done this will be an amazing course.

Everything you can need in a course. Well maintained. Nice area. Variation of good shots. Only thing is the course could use better tee pads. Those rubber mat tee pads are horrible with any moisture on them. But course is still worth playing. Beautiful course overall

Great course and park; worth the trip with family and friends. Decent amount of technical holes. Best played from the blues.
