This course is new, so it has a lot of room for improvement. It needs perm. cement or rubber tee pads and hole signs for starters. The layout of the course is good, though. There are many holes that cross over water or tulies so there is a GOOD chance that you will lose a disc when playing this course, unless you play very safe. I think this course could also use directional signs telling players where the next hole is, etc. With the changes I suggested above are made, this could be an "A" ...

This course is in shambles. Signage is non-existant, baskets are not labeled or taped for visibility, there are mandos that force you to throw through active footpaths, it needs a lot of TLC and a bit of redesign.
