The first 4 holes are wide open so get those birds early after that it's thick woods and brush..Keep an eye open for snakes and pack bug spray..Great fun course to play and the locals were friendly.

This course is very hard for a beginner. The fairways are tight, and if you go offline, your lucky to find you disc much less advance yourself towards the basket. Big scores are easy.

Breakdown: A true Texas treasure. Texas Army Trail in my opinion is the Most Houston of all the courses in town. What do I mean by that? Built on a storm drainage ponds and winding through the pine forest along Cypress Creek, you are stepping into a time portal before the progress of man nearly our cities forests and getting a glimpse of OG Houston.
