Two thirds of the course is under a dense canopy of hardwoods and pines, presenting some challenging obstacles. One third is in open field. The Tee's need some work and need some arrows pointing to the holes because some of them are pretty close together. Be careful of snakes. There is a river beside the course and snakes have been seen on the walking paths. Whoever thinks this course has no shade must have been playing a different course. Well over half the course is shaded. Excellent course considering it's in a very small town.

I am in the minority here but I think this course blows. Wide open mostly, no shade, hard to navigate, lots of walking between baskets and next tees. Park does not maintain well and when it rains it floods. Could have been much better.
