Nice, flat with low flight path on some holes. Well kept. Nice course signs, tee boxes vary from natural to paved to chat.

Okay for throwing around. First time we tried to play this course it was under water because the Taneycomo River was flooded and the dam gates were wide open. The teenagers enjoyed it.
