I really enjoyed this course while playing on vacation. Surprised that Splinter gets all the attention locally while this may be a better course

This is an awesome course. It is the only 18 hole course in the Myrtle Beach area, but it is a gem. The local club works hard to keep improving the course.

A great course to play while visiting Myrtle Beach. I wouldn't recommend this course to someone new to the game.

Tight lines and lots of guard trees. Maybe half the holes have long tees, but it works just fine.Nice mix of par 3's 4's and 5's. A few ace runs. Mostly wooded and very flat. Poor drainage so it will be wet after rain. Very fun course to play.

Excellent course to test your skillz on.

Please do not start over trimming it. Keep your trimmers "Vertical"!!!

Tight and technical mixed in with some open and long holes. Great conditioning, locals take care of it very well. Can get wet after a good rain, but the finished concrete pads, benches, and signage top off a great course! Easily the must play disc golf course within an hours drive in both directions.

This course is mostly flat but has an excellent mix of long, short and mid range holes. There are some good control shots and a decent amount of trees. There are multiple tee pads on some holes that increase length but most of them only change the shot by 50 ft. or so keeping the hole basically unchanged. Supposedly locals affectionately call the course Socatree, which is accurate on a few holes.

Trees. No real fairway on the front, but that forces you to make shots

Overall, its a very enjoyable course to play. I'll definitely play again when in the area. Its mostly flat, wooded holes with a good mix of distances and right and left doglegs. A lot of standing water around (its at the beach). Nice concrete tee boxes. Would have given it a higher rating if had better signage. No scorecards.

Challenging course... best place to play even remotely close to Myrtle Beach. My family vacations here every year and last year my uncle took me here for my first time playing disc golf and I've been hooked ever since. Unfortunately this year when we went down we only made it through the front 9 before getting rained out on the back 9. Can't wait till next summer.

Parents booked a Myrtle Beach vacation and I immediately researched courses nearby. This course is a no brainier if your staying in Myrtle Beach And have transportation. Park is very clean and has a great plot of land with tennis courts, gazebos, groomed soccer fields, basketball courts and a beautiful disc golf course. The course starts near the parking lot so the layout is almost fool proof. That being said the signage is far from what the course deserves. I played two solo rounds while the re ...

There appear to have been several upgrades to this course since some of the earlier reviews. All Tees are now concrete, there is signage for each hole, and there are two tees for some holes. Benches have also been added at some locations. This is a really fun course but it's defiantly challenging. Course is heavily wooded in most areas. Bring bug spray (this goes for just about anywhere in SC during the warm times). The course will hold water if it has rained recently so bring shoes you don ...

This is a great course. I didn't have high hopes based on some of the previous reviews. I really enjoyed every hole. There are a couple holes with monster distance and a few ace runs. This is the type of course I love. I just wish it wasn't 11 hours away. lol PROS: 1. Great lines/routes on all the holes. 2. Great mix of left, right, and straight holes. 3. Huge cement tees. 4. Very Challenging holes. 5. Great use of land. 6. Warning sign about venomous snakes at the first hole. CONS: ...

Very nice course, almost didn't play it because of the reviews. Plays very technical with a lot of the fairways with trees in the way, but there is always a line to get to the basket (or major turn in the fairway!) on all the holes. Long and short holes mixed nicely with very nice flow to the course, even a wide open 400+ft hole to open up the arm on. Great vibe on the course, the only knock I have is no concrete pads (but the gravel plays nice with a rubber grate at the back to clean the shoes).
ps...back 9 was ok, water in places but playable

Mosquitoes and spider webs everywhere, a guy told me he saw a copperhead snake in one of the fairways. Good course though ,very challenging really tight in the front nine very long in the back

Solid course. It plays a lot of tight lines and there are a lot of precision shots needed. The course is fairly tough and I would not recommend it for beginners. The front nine is fairly tight and short while the back nine opens up a bit, but is considerably longer. I would give this course if there was better signage. It can be a bit confusing to try and find the next hole, especially on the back nine. The course would also benefit from cement tee pads. There are rubber grip mats on ever ...
