i lost a speckled orange and pink vibram trak on hole 14 in the rough to the right about a 1/3 way up the fairway...reward and many thanks if returned.

i went up there...it was speckled...it was a vibram...but it wasn't mine. good looking out tho!! hopefully i'll get some good mojo for returning this one and mine will find it's way back home.

holes 5-7 are currently unplayable....there is a good bit of standing water on the fairways, greens, and pad for hole 7 that make them a bit risky to attempt. also, take caution on hole 3, as if you throw short and come down the hill in the woods before the basket, there is standing water there too. it almost ate my halo, but i got it back :)

there should be scrambles...i believe rick g is running them tonight. i'd suggest skipping holes 3, 5-7 though.

Moving.....due to the 4+ inches of rain Euclid received on Friday night, the NSG event has been shifted back to the Vet in Parma. Thank you all for the work you did to help make the course presentable and playable, Madre Nature decided it was all for naught.

Hey all! The National Senior Games in coming to the CLE next week and some work NEEDS to be done at Sims. Litter pickup and limb gathering. If you are playing a casual round in the next week or two, please bring a bag or two along and fill those puppies up. Hoping to get the tree on 6 cleared and to get some other general trimming done. Spotters would be appreciated on Sunday, holes 2, 4 and maybe 9. Just to keep things moving forward.

There is a proposal in the works to put a McD's on the southwest corner of the park. Disc Golfers and Euclid residents speak up!! We can't let this happen!! Lost an MVP Annode putter on Hole 13. Was lost in the area near the trees on the right side of the roadway, just before the basket. Disc is bright green with phone# on the inside rim.

8 showed last week on a windy and crappy day for the extended monday scrambles...tomorrow is calling for temps in the 60s with no rain...come on out and let's keep this going! plan on starting by no later than 5:15 as daylight is fading fast.

there is a handful of disc golfers looking too keep the monday scrambles going at sims through the fall and possibly winter. anyone who is interested can play. we will most likely use the same format ($5 entry, random draw doubles) without an ace pool, unless the group decides otherwise. tomorrow we will be meeting at 5:15. time will move back to 5 very shortly, and then, if interest is there, we will move to glow rounds when there is not enough daylight to finish throwing. hole format will be decided upon by the group, but i would anticipate a normal 19 hole concrete tee pad layout.

FYI: the City has installed two bike racks at Sims! Also, there was a mention that bikes locked to the Henn Mansion gate would be reported to Euclid's Finest. Looks like I don't have to deal with the tree anymore! Nice!
