Lost my A2 a few Sundays ago (Oct 3 maybe?) at Silver Creek, it's the one in my profile pic. Forgot to pick it up during doubles on hole 5 after I got a phone call informing me I had to come in to work. Someone picked it up because we saw it, but I forgot to grab it before leaving. He looked after the round with no luck. We assume a walker must have taken it because we didn't see anyone else playing... huge bummer.

Silver Creek Open on Sunday.
A random person who checks in somewhere in the first 20 will win a 2016 European Open PDX from Discmania. Also bring lots of extra cash as myself, Gill, and others will be auctioning off collectors items to raise funds for the local courses.

Saw yesterday that they were marking off where the cell tower will be (at least that's what it seemed like) on hole 5. Anybody know what the plan is for the course during construction, or when construction will start?

Two tees and two pin placements (available). This created 4 distinct basket layouts as identified on the welcome board. Reason for 4 layouts as opposed to the two placements is because the 'alternate' pin placements on 4 of the holes are actually shorter than the primary placement. So two hybrid layouts exist where pins aren't all primary or all alternate locations, but all long or all short locations. The design intent was not to just make every alternate pin location longer. ... more

Playing all red tees to the short pins is easiest - red skill level
Playing all red tees to the harder alternate pin locations is like a white skill layout.
The blue tees to the primary pins is an easier blue skill layout.
While the blue tees to all the long pins is a very hard blue layout, similar to PM with a few longer par 3 holes in which you simply cannot reach the green without a professinal caliber extraordinary throw (though they still aren't par 4).
