Saw yesterday that they were marking off where the cell tower will be (at least that's what it seemed like) on hole 5. Anybody know what the plan is for the course during construction, or when construction will start?

Cell tower and a driveway are going to occupy most of the current hole 5. Plans for redesign are moving the tee up on the ridge (left after basket 4) with new basket location pretty close to the existing mound location. Construction will start "soon" is all I know so far

Nice. Will the baskets remain in place during the winter?

Yes

But the township also wants to groom some ski trails, so please be courteous and if you play, please try and not walk on the groomed trails too much, or next year if they keep the ski trails there, the pins may be pulled.

Two tees and two pin placements (available). This created 4 distinct basket layouts as identified on the welcome board. Reason for 4 layouts as opposed to the two placements is because the 'alternate' pin placements on 4 of the holes are actually shorter than the primary placement. So two hybrid layouts exist where pins aren't all primary or all alternate locations, but all long or all short locations. The design intent was not to just make every alternate pin location longer. ... more

Silver Creek has been completely redesigned and rebuilt. Now featuring 18 tight wooded holes all around the property to test your skills of accuracy and control. Come enjoy the new course, no signage in place until 2014 season.
