If you are planning on attending the first club meeting on Oct. 7 please fill this form out. Registration will go a lot smoother and also, we can get a rough head count. Thanks. Your information will be kept private. Only Club board members will have access. This is not a commitment to join, just an "I'm interested" form.

By the end of the night we had them wanting to come out and play and asking us if we wanted to put baskets in at Churchville Rec. On Oct. 7, we will be having our first club meeting at the Churchville Rec Center. T ... more
