Take time out of your busy day to help out at your local course. It only takes a couple hours to make a real difference. These disc golf courses you play for FREE don't look good on their own. Like eric c. says ~~We are looking for a few good people to help out this season at Roscoe too. If you have any good ideas and would like to figure out how to get them done. come on out, come on in. We could always use the help. We need stairs to be built, Benches to be repaired , tee pads to fix.

MEDINA – As an isolated wooded area located north of Sam Masi Park and west of Roscoe Ewing Park, nothing much has been done to the area known as Nichols Park, until recently.

The extension of the Champion Creek Trail into the area from Roscoe Ewing Park has led to more people in the area, but also has led to more vandalism and trash piling up there.

“I have concerns for the safety of the walkers,” said Parks Director Tim Swanson duri ... more

Thanks to those of you who wrote to medinaoh.org. We were told by the parks director, city hall was bombarded by all your positive emails! Your comments will certainly help us achieve our goal of more disc golf in Medina. Thanks for taking the time to write.

I got a Staff Camouflage t- shirt and another gold t- shirt, both XL. Wasn't looking to sell/trade them. But I could be persuaded I guess.

Ouch, that sucks, people have been crossing those tracks for over 30 years, why did the railroad have such a problem with it,

Matt O    August 19, 2012 at 10:49pm

Are you still allowed to cross under the tracks? Like when you walk from hole 9 to hole 10. If that's the case, no need to lose 8 & 9.

any plans on relocating these holes?? sad indeed...

That stupid walking path, and now the railroad tracks?!! That course used to be awesome. Now it's being ruined. Is Roscoe Ewing Park the only park in Medina? Put the stupid walking path somewhere else. Trains cross where pedestrians also cross, oh I don't know, five hundred thousand other places in the country besides the disc golf course in Medina.
